Project Overview
Successfully led the migration of Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s, Brigham Research Institute website from TeamSite CMS to WordPress. This comprehensive transition involved creating original graphic designs, developing visually cohesive templates, selecting strategic color palettes, and implementing intuitive user experience improvements.
My Role and Responsibilities
Goals/Objectives:
- Consolidate thousands of pages into an intuitive, user-friendly structure.
- Improve overall accessibility, usability, and content management workflows.

- Empower staff with minimal technical experience to manage content independently.
